My path has been forged through fire, vacillating between worlds seen and unseen. I am here as a reminder that miracles happen every day, and exploring the wilderness of your own soul is a life-long journey of adventure, if you allow it... 

It is my greatest passion to serve my community as a bridge between the dream world and physical reality. I have a bag of mixed tools to help you understand your own gifts, elevate your wellness, radiate beauty and natural health, and become the best version of yourself from the inside out. 

My job is to create a healing container to help facilitate your own process. This is a cooperative relationship between guest and mediator. I provide the information Spirit gives in my channeled meditations alongside holistic protocols I've curated with love. Every channeled session is organic and relevant to YOU. You are your own greatest healer; I am here to listen and provide solutions. I work with an extraordinary in-house network of other holistic providers, so that we can address the multifaceted layers of healing together. Remember, it's progress through the process. One step at a time. 

My journey with the Great Spirit, the whispers of the soul and forces unseen, began at birth as I've been communing with and working with my guides, ancestors, angels, Ascended Masters, passed loved ones, and the essence of Creator for over 38 years. I am mostly "self-taught" with my intuitive gifts, but over the last two decades I've been blessed to learn from some of the most talented and authentic spiritual mentors and Indigenous elders from around the world. I honor my own Indigenous blood, and with that respect and reverence, has come great universal 'knowings' and access to the dream world. 

My journey into holistic health began after a rough recovery from Lyme disease, and a concern for optimal immune health. As a practicing artist then, I decided to venture into holistic skincare and makeup at the Aveda Institute in Manhattan, NYC (2005) learning a whole-body approach to beauty and wellness through the lenses of Ayurveda. Since then, I've completed various trainings and certifications that promote inner health and balance including learning Aromatherapy with Floracopeia CA (2008), Cranio-sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute CA (2009), Shirodhara from the Chopra Center CA (2016), Reiki Release in Sedona AZ (2019), Holy Fire Reiki in NJ (2020), Violet Flame Initiation at Mt. Shasta CA (2020), and Holistic Health Practicum at the Natural Healing Institute HI (2022-present). I hold a B.A. in Philosophy from UCSD (2012) and attended California Western School of Law (2012) where Spirit called me away from my formal education to align with my authentic self and walk the healer's path. 

It is a privilege and an honor to be in this sacred space, the vast unknown of infinite possibilities, that every living being has access to. Let's explore together!
